Washing: Always hand wash each knife with a soft sponge and then towel dry after every use. Never machine wash.

Sharpening: All of our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime it is recommended to use good quality sharpening stones regularly.
