Where are your knives made and shipped from?

Our branded products are manufactured in Asia. We ship many orders out from our warehouse in Chino Hills, California, but when stock is limited we ship to you directly from our special warehouse in Yangjiang for the fastest delivery possible.

What materials are used to make Japaknives?

Japaknives are currently being hand-forged out of three different materials which include: high carbon Japanese steel, Japanese stainless steel, and VG10 Damascus steel. Read product specifications to find out what material is used for the one you purchase. 

How do I care for my new knife?

Washing: Always hand wash each knife with a soft sponge and then towel dry after every use. Never machine wash. Sharpening: All of our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°.
