What about shipping and delivery times?
Our warehouse managers fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number to your EMAIL which you can use on our website. Please remember that delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL). Your product will arrive within 7-30 days. What does the free lifetime warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the knife or sheath - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage, when properly used and maintained.
Where are your knives made and shipped from?
Our branded products are manufactured in Asia. We ship many orders out from our warehouse in Chino Hills, California, but when stock is limited we ship to you directly from our special warehouse in Yangjiang for the fastest delivery possible.
What materials are used to make Japaknives?
Japaknives are currently being hand-forged out of three different materials which include: high carbon Japanese steel, Japanese stainless steel, and VG10 Damascus steel. Read product specifications to find out what material is used for the one you purchase.
Does the hole cut out actually help improve control?
Yes! Our best selling premium control chefs knife is scientifically proven to allow for more control as it was specially designed so the index finger can be in contact with the blade, allowing a more hands on experience.
