We don’t expect you to need it. In fact, most customers never do. But in the rare event that something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we’ll send you a replacement.

This guarantee is our way of showing you just how much confidence we have in what we’ve built.

What’s Covered:

- Manufacturer defects. 

- Blade or handle issues due to structural failure. 

- Any flaw that affects the knife’s intended function.

What’s Not Covered:

- Accidental damage (drops, misuse, or improper care). 

- Natural wear and tear over time. 

- Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. 

- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind. 

- Sharpening — routine sharpening is the responsibility of the customer.

- Dull blades due to regular use are not considered defects.

How to Request a Replacement:

If you believe your knife qualifies for a lifetime replacement, simply contact our customer service team with a brief explanation and clear photo proof of the issue. We’ll assess the claim and issue a replacement if it meets the criteria.
