All orders are hand-forged in Asia and then stocked in Chino Hills in California, US. 

Please allow between 2-3 business days for our artisans to hand-forge your special knives. They are then packaged and shipped out.

Washing: Always hand wash each knife with a soft sponge and then towel dry after every use. Never machine wash.

All of our high carbon steel knives require a layer of oil after being washed. Please refer to your free e-book download for full instructions.

Sharpening: All of our blades leave the workshop with an edge angle of 15°. To maintain this edge for a lifetime it is recommended to use good quality sharpening stones regularly.

My thoughts on the Premium Control Chefs Knife 2.0 - Holy Cow

Okay. First things first. Right out of the box....the knife is sharp. It is not just sharp,...it is SCARY Sharp. I used it to slice mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and raw chicken. It's like using a scalpel. Hardly any effort is needed to slice large chicken breasts. I was able to slice each breast into 4 separate thin breasts for grilling and adding to a salad. They looked like they were cut by an expensive deli slicing machine. I used the same knife to shave slices from cloves of garlic, and by shave, I mean razor-thin. I tend to use a filet knife for most of my processing. I like how they can cut thin layers of vegetables and meat like London broil. However, I think that this knife will be my "Go-To" knife from now on. Excellent control due to the finger hole, and weighted perfectly. The design is exactly what you see in the description on the website. The sheath is basic but well built and sturdy. I would feel equally fine with using this knife in a kitchen setting or outdoor camping. Great Knife.

I love the the blade feels good in the hand the handleis nice in the hand the hole in the blade gives you fantastic control the case is real heavy weight leather really nice my only grumble is you dont get japaknives emblem on the other knife leatheer cases. But as a working blade i would recommend it to anyone. Watch your finger on the blade its super sharp as i found out.

No kitchen should be without a least a couple of these knives or mini cleavers as I call them.

Very versatile. Can be put to many tasks when preparing meals.

Slicing, dicing, chopping etc.

Very sharp.

Ideal when going camping for extended periods of time.

Bought 4 pieces. Three went to friends who would definitely use them.
